2. Service Cancellation by Customer | కస్టమర్ ద్వారా సేవ రద్దు

• You can cancel a service booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund.
• Within 2 hours of the scheduled time, ₹99 cancellation fee may apply.

3. Refund Eligibility | రీఫండ్ ప్రమాణాలు

• If technician fails to show up or cancels, a full refund is guaranteed.
• If service is partially completed or materials not used, a partial refund may apply.

• టెక్నీషియన్ సర్వీస్‌కు రాకపోతే లేదా రద్దు చేస్తే, పూర్తి రీఫండ్ లభిస్తుంది.
• సర్వీస్ పూర్తిగా చేయకపోతే లేదా పరికరాలు వాడకపోతే, భాగస్వామ్య రీఫండ్ ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios | రీఫండ్ లేని సందర్భాలు

• Incorrect address shared by customer
• Service fully completed and accepted by customer
• Third-party parts or consumables already used

• తప్పుగా అడ్రెస్ ఇచ్చినప్పుడు
• సర్వీస్ పూర్తిగా చేసి కస్టమర్ ఒప్పుకున్నప్పుడు
• ఇప్పటికే వాడిన పార్ట్స్ లేదా కన్‌స్యూమబుల్స్ ఉన్నప్పుడు

5. Refund Processing Timeline | రీఫండ్ చేసే సమయం

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
