Seller Terms

What sellers must disclose and comply with.

Mandatory seller information

Every seller must provide, and keep current: legal / shop name, registered address, a working phone and email (and website if any), GSTIN or Udyam (MSME) registration number, PAN and bank details for payouts. These are shown to buyers before purchase.

Every product listing must state

• True MRP and selling price (all taxes included) — no inflated MRP or fake discounts.
• Country of origin, manufacturer / packer / importer name and address (Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011).
• Best-before / use-before date where applicable (food and consumables).
• Return, refund, exchange, warranty and guarantee terms; delivery time; return-shipping cost; payment modes.
• Genuine product images and specifications; BIS / BEE star rating / other mandatory marks where applicable.

Prohibited

Counterfeit or spurious goods, expired goods, stolen goods, misleading claims, fake reviews, price manipulation, collecting payments outside the platform, and misuse of buyer data.

Taxes

Sellers are responsible for GST and income-tax compliance. ACFixMart may collect TCS under GST and deduct TDS under the Income-tax Act as applicable; certificates are available in the seller dashboard.

Action

We may remove listings, withhold payouts for disputed orders and suspend sellers who violate these terms or applicable law.
