Rules governing use of our platform.

These Terms govern your use of acfixmart.online, the Android app, and WhatsApp services, operated by AcFixMart (a registered business, Kakinada, AP). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
AcFixMart is a multi-sided marketplace that: connects customers with registered AC technicians; operates an e-commerce storefront for new AC units, parts & accessories; provides a buy/sell marketplace for used AC equipment; and issues GST-compliant tax invoices and Bills of Supply.
You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law. Customers register with a valid phone number. Technicians require ID proof, skill details, and a one-time PhonePe registration fee — activation is subject to admin approval. False information results in immediate suspension.
- Bookings are subject to technician availability in your area
- Off-platform payments between customers and technicians are prohibited
- GST (18%) is added on top of base price — not inclusive
- 30-day labour warranty on completed services unless stated otherwise on invoice
- AcFixMart may cancel a booking if no technician is available, with full refund
- GST inclusion/exclusion is indicated at checkout for each product
- Orders confirmed on successful payment; AcFixMart may cancel due to stock issues with full refund
- Manufacturer warranties apply to new products — AcFixMart does not extend manufacturer warranty
- Sellers are responsible for accuracy of listing details (brand, model, age, condition)
- The sale contract is between buyer and seller — AcFixMart facilitates and mediates in good faith
- Misrepresentation of used equipment condition is grounds for account suspension
- Listing fees or commission may apply — displayed at listing time

- Technicians receive an agreed share of gross service cost as per the platform earnings policy
- Wallet discounts (borne by AcFixMart) do not reduce the technician's earnings
- Promotional discounts offered by the technician are deducted from their earnings share
- Soliciting direct bookings from platform customers outside the app → permanent suspension
AcFixMart charges 18% GST (CGST 9% + SGST 9%) under SAC 998719 effective 06-May-2026. GSTIN must be provided before invoice issuance — retrospective changes are not possible.
- False identity or credential information
- Circumventing the platform for direct bookings
- Misrepresenting product or used-AC condition
- Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. We encourage resolution through support@acfixmart.online before legal proceedings.
