Delivery timelines, charges and what to do on delivery.

Delivery

Estimated delivery date and any delivery charge are shown on the product page and again at checkout, before payment. There are no hidden charges added after you pay.
Sellers dispatch within the time stated on the listing; you receive a tracking number when available.
Deliveries are made to the address you provide; please keep your phone reachable for the delivery person.

On delivery

Check the package. Refuse delivery or record a short video while opening if it is visibly damaged; report any issue within 48 hours from My Orders.

Large appliances

AC / refrigerator / washing-machine installation and demo, if included, are scheduled after delivery and shown on the order page.

Imported goods

Where a product is imported, the product page shows the importer's details and country of origin.
